Responsible for the sales and promotion of Ambu products. The objectives of the role are to execute marketing strategies and achieve sales to agreed targets by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities with existing customers and identifying and securing new 主要工作职责:(描述主要负责的结果和需要完成的任务)
•    Deliver set sales targets of Ambu single - use Bronchoscope product at hospitals in Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and KOL management.

•    Set up and manage all distribution channel in territory to ensure that sales goals are met.
建立和管理本区域的经销渠道和确保销售目标的达成。
•    Perform regular sales analysis and deliver a clear plan to achieve business growth. 
定期做好销售分析并制定清晰的计划实现业绩增长。
•    Execute company business strategies to achieve sales target.
执行公司的战略计划达成销售目标。
•    Plan, prioritize and implement personal sales & marketing activities to ensure business aims are met, especially for specific product categories, anaesthesia & endoscope experience prefer.
计划、区分优先级,高效执行有关公司产品的销售和市场推广确保业务目标达成。
•    Ensure customer needs are identified, understood and met, provide professional and prompt solutions, increase customer satisfaction.
确保客户需求被识别,理解并能通过及时、专业的解决方案得以解决,提高区域内客户满意度。
•    Provide education support to customers on Ambu products  in collaboration with the Product Manager.
与产品经理合作,为客户提供Ambu产品的培训支持。
•    Ensure long-term relationships are built with all key customers.
确保与专家和重点客户建立稳定的长期关系。
•    Find and follow up Government Procurement Project opportunity.
挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会 
•    Adhere to Ambu's global and local policies and procedures.
遵守安保全球及中国公司政策和流程
•    Strictly comply with National laws and regulations. Ensure that all work behavior conform to regulation.
      严格遵守国家法律法规,确保所有的工作行为符合法规要求
•    Timely Submission of Weekly Report. 
及时提交销售周报告 
•    Any other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

•    1-3 years sales experience in Medical devices, experience in ECG areas will be advantageous;    
•     1-3年医疗器械行业经验,尤其重症、麻醉、ICU、呼吸领域销售经验优先

•     大学专科及以上学历,医疗相关专业
•    Junior college or Master degree in Medical or related area  

•    良好的英文听说读写能力;出色的演讲与沟通技巧                                  
•    Good English level in both written and verbal, professional communication、presentation and interpersonal skills are essential                                                
•    Passionate for sales role, creative and good team player
•    对销售工作充满热情,富有创造性的,具有良好的团队合作精神
•    Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office 
•    熟练使用微软等办公软件;
•    Frequent travel is acceptable 能接受频繁出差。
