Sr./Production Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products.                     
• Determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet production build schedule and goals.                           
• Hires and trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.                           
• Analyse any production problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.                       
• Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste by improving existing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.    
• Manage ESD production routine checks activity in Visualization production.                             
• Establish, implement, and maintain ESD related documentation.                           
• Improve ESD routine check's efficiency by optimizing resources and meet the ESD quality level requirement.               
• Set up and maintain all production equipment and equipment's spare parts management system that used inside Visualization production.                         
• Liaise with technical section on improving equipment and troubleshooting equipment breakdown.    
• Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in manufacturing/Engineering field or equivalent.                            
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.                            
• Knowledge in ESD would be preferrable.                             
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.                             
• Outspoken person would be preferable.
