Responsibilities:
- Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
- Determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet production build schedule and goals.
- Hires and trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Analyse any production problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste by improving existing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in manufacturing/Engineering field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
- Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
- Outspoken person would be preferable.
