Responsibilities:

Responsible for the section which manages maintenance of building, compound and facilities for all building

Implement procedures, maintenance plans and regular checks for the building and facilities
- Organise resources and/or perform the necessary preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all plant facility equipment is operating optimally.
- Ensure validation on existing facility equipment is carried out or updating validation of equipment.
- Maintain the BMS system, and ensure equipment are operating to fulfil conditions like temperature, pressure differential etc. as per instructions.
- Ensure building/facilities fulfil requirements of local safety, environment and regulatory inspection e.g. DOSH, DOE, ST/EC, MBPP.
- Any of the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executive specialized in HVAC at cleanroom, BMS and CDA system
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skill
- Familiarity with local and federal regulations related to facilities management.
