Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development management
2. Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (employee discipline, counselling, welfare, investigation into work grievances and disputes)
3. Performance Management
4. Ambu Values Program
Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management or general discipline
2. Minimum 10 years of similar HR work experience in multinational companies
3. Well-versed in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations
4. Knowledge and experience in overall Learning and Development function
5. Knowledge and experience in handling employee disciplinary issues, grievances and disputes
6. Able to establish HR policies and procedures
7. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
8. Working knowledge of MS Office
9. Demonstrate can-do attitude and an excellent team player
10. Ability to take charge, deliver results with speed and integrity
