This is why we have created a new position for a global HR Reporting & Data specialist. Reporting to the Global Head of HR Systems, you will join a small centre of excellence ensuring we can translate our data into actionable plans to further support the organisational development. In this role, you will have the responsibility to design & deploy key dashboards, reports and other metrics through the relevant SAP Successfactors technical solutions. Further, you will be responsible for engaging with the leadership across the organisation, supporting their strategic agenda through translating large amounts of HR data into relevant analytics and insights.
This role will be based out of our Penang Global Hub, where you are joined by colleagues in global roles across People & Culture and broader functions. The position is well suited to a candidate who is keen to use their strong analytical and technical skills to drive the growth of the company forward.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Head of HRIS and business leaders to identify key analytical needs to support the organisational development
- Design, develop and deploy custom and standard reports on SAP Successfactors
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate big data to actionable insights.
- Work closely with IT team & vendors to ensure proper data access controls and data security.
- Act as subject matter export for Successfactor reporting modules.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure a best in class approach to leveraging HRIS data and insights
- Act as support as part of team effort for other projects on other Successfactors modules.
- Ensuring data accuracy, quality, integrity & compliance to organisational policies
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:
- Minimum of bachelor degree in any Information Technologies or Data Sciences disciplines.
- Proven experience supporting an organisation through data and analytics. While experience within HR is a strong advantage, a background in other functions (e.g. Finance) is also considered
- Experience with Successfactors story reporting considered strong advantage. Experience with other reporting modules (from a HCM, ERP, CRM or similar also considered)
- Strong business acumen, focusing on the needs of the organisation when delivering on actions and insights
- A willingness, and ideally experience, working in a global team
- Proficiency in English is a must.
