Responsibilities:

 

  • Order handling in ERP (M3) system with correct prices.
  • Delivery within the requested date.
  • Issue & submit quotation in accordance with the info from BDM / Distributor.
  • Reply on due time on email enquiries.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Receive & process returns & repairs in accordance with the applicable procedure and in cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Maintain relevant customer database & price database.
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service related fields, preferably with distributor markets.
  • Degree in any business related fields. 
  • Speak and write English on high level.
  • Experience in order systems, support on order handling. 
  • Experience with Outlook mail and Office system (Excel and Word).
  • Works in a structured and effective manner.
  • Able to joggle many cases, well organized & flexible to work independently and responsibly.
  • Outgoing team player, smiling and professional. 
  • Have interest in different cultures.
  • Service-minded and professional with your co-workers as with your customer.
