Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Order handling in ERP (M3) system with correct prices.
- Delivery within the requested date.
- Issue & submit quotation in accordance with the info from BDM / Distributor.
- Reply on due time on email enquiries.
- Complaint handling.
- Receive & process returns & repairs in accordance with the applicable procedure and in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Maintain relevant customer database & price database.
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service related fields, preferably with distributor markets.
- Degree in any business related fields.
- Speak and write English on high level.
- Experience in order systems, support on order handling.
- Experience with Outlook mail and Office system (Excel and Word).
- Works in a structured and effective manner.
- Able to joggle many cases, well organized & flexible to work independently and responsibly.
- Outgoing team player, smiling and professional.
- Have interest in different cultures.
- Service-minded and professional with your co-workers as with your customer.
