As part of our team, you will be:-
- Responsible for all matters in relation to Intercompany tasks in terms of reconciliation, invoicing and etc.
- Perform intercompany billings and transactions on time and accurately.
- Issue intercompany statement of accounts globally, perform intercompany reconciliation, monitor and follow up open reconciliation items.
- Work closely with other business units to resolve issues related to intercompany.
- Analyse and segregate all intercompany transactions by different nature in compliance with Transfer Pricing Documentation.
- Support intercompany month end closing in compliance with accounting standards and group policies.
- Responsible for investigating technical issues derived from daily activities and others and follow up the issues until solved.
- Responsible for system testing whenever there is new M3 division roll out.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc / upcoming new tasks to be given by A/S in Financial Shared Services.
- Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services.
We’re looking for someone who (preferably) is:-
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- At least more than 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
- Individuals with finance and accouting background and working experience in MNC will be an advantage.
- Possess knowledge of intercompany and international accounting standard.
- Possess strong financial analysis skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, Power BI etc is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive and can-do attitude, an eye for detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to perform tasks assigned independently and act as a good team player in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Travelling might be required.
