Accountant, Intercompany (FSS)

As part of our team, you will be:-

• Responsible for all matters in relation to Intercompany tasks in terms of reconciliation, invoicing and etc.

1. Perform intercompany billings and transactions on time and accurately.
2. Issue intercompany statement of accounts globally, perform intercompany reconciliation, monitor and follow up open reconciliation items.
3. Work closely with other business units to resolve issues related to intercompany.
4. Analyse and segregate all intercompany transactions by different nature in compliance with Transfer Pricing Documentation.                                         

• Support intercompany month end closing in compliance with accounting standards and group policies.                                                                                           
• Responsible for investigating technical issues derived from daily activities and others and follow up the issues until solved.                                           
• Responsible for system testing whenever there is new M3 division roll out.                                                                                                     
• Responsible for other ad-hoc / upcoming new tasks to be given by A/S in Financial Shared Services.                                                                                                  
• Support financial audit in Ambu Group which the areas are handled by Financial Shared Services.            

We’re looking for someone who (preferably) is:-

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. 
• At least more than 2 years of working experience is required for this position.                                                                                                    
• Individuals with finance and accouting background and working experience in MNC will be an advantage. 
• Possess knowledge of intercompany and international accounting standard.                                                                                                  
• Possess strong financial analysis skills.                                                                                           
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.                                                                                                      
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, Power BI etc is preferred.                                                                                                 
• Self-motivated, proactive and can-do attitude, an eye for detail and willingness to learn. 
• Able to perform tasks assigned independently and act as a good team player in collaboration with other stakeholders.                                            
• Travelling might be required.
