Accountant, Concur (FSS)

As part of our team, you will be Accountant in Concur (FSS) : -

• Handle onboarding and offboarding from Robin Ticket. Create user profile and update necessary change in TPE.                            
• Process employee claims in Concur globally by validating receipts, expense types, and check for exceptional for adherence to company travel policy.                            
• Posting of accrual of employee reimbursement during month end closing.                            
• Ensure all concur reports are submitted by travelers on time and follow up closely with the user for old aging transactions.                  
• Perform reconciliation, investigate and fix discrepancy in concur transactions.                            
• Provide global support to employees in Concur.                            
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.         
• Develop and enhance company-related financial processes.                            
• Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

We’re looking for someone who (preferably) is

• Candidates must posses at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.  
• At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.                                                                                                    
• Having shared service experiences are preferred.                                                                                                  
• Knowledge of Concur is desired.                                                                                      
• Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.                                                                                      
• Work towards tight deadline.                                                                                          
• Excellent attentions to detail and acccuracy.                                                                                             
• Self driven, motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.                                                                                         
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.                                                                                      
• Computer literate - strong in Microsoft Excel.                                                                 
• Travelling might be required.
