As part of our team, you will be:-
Accounts Receivable:
- Processing Accounts Receivable and incoming payments in compliance with company policies.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable month end closing.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due.
- Review Aging Report and credit control.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers' billing issues.
- Managing customer profiles in Systems.
- Assist in process improvement procedure as required by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.
- Develop and enhance company-related financial processes.
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
- Back up for members.
Requirements:
- Candidates must posses at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
- Having shared service experiences are preferred.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is desired.
- Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Work towards tight deadline.
- Self-driven, motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Computer literate - strong in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationship with clients and internal departments.
- Travelling might be required.
