As part of our team, you will be:-

 

Accounts Receivable:

  • Processing Accounts Receivable and incoming payments in compliance with company policies.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable month end closing.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due.
  • Review Aging Report and credit control.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers' billing issues.
  • Managing customer profiles in Systems.
  • Assist in process improvement procedure as required by the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.
  • Develop and enhance company-related financial processes.
  • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
  • Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
  • Back up for members.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Candidates must posses at least a Professional Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
  • Having shared service experiences are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes is desired.
  • Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Work towards tight deadline.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Computer literate - strong in Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationship with clients and internal departments.
  • Travelling might be required.
