Build brand awareness in BeNeLux

 

In this role, you’ll have the potential to transform our business and contribute to corporate development through incisive initiatives to promote the company's products and strategy.

 

You will be the market responsible for market research, analysis, marketing execution and management, in close collaboration with Regional and Global Product Management teams.

 

Two days will most likely not look the same, but you will:

 

  • Strengthen Ambu's brand awareness and help us reach our goal of being the most customer centric in our field in BeNeLux

  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity 

  • Collect market intelligence including pricing - evidently overseeing and evaluating market research and adjust the marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

  • Ensure New Product Launches - from planning, opportunity sizing, timely launch and budget responsibility

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key hospitals and key customer and strategic partners

  • Enable MarCom Tools - localize and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides

 

You will be joining the broader ST (Sales Territory) West, covering France and BeNeLux – an affiliate with a great working atmosphere, collaborative mindsets and with one common goal: to be the most customer-centric in our field.

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you recognize yourself in the profile below:

 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline, though preferably in Business or Science.

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, preferably in life science

  • Knowledge of hospital organization and funding sources, as well as excellent knowledge of the healthcare system in the Netherlands

  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels internally and externally 

  • Demonstrated strategic marketing and product management skills. Prefer prior experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical

  • Ability to balance technical and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills

 

Fluency in Dutch and English written and spoken is crucial. French is a plus.
