Ambu A/S is looking for a Territory Manager, Endoscopy Solutions (ESL), who will sell Ambu Endoscopy products in the assigned regional territory.  Reporting directly to the Nordic Sales Director, ESL, the Territory Manager, ESL will be become part of Sales team in Sweden and an integral part of the Nordic Sales team. This ideal location of this position is within Northern Sweden (north of Stockholm).  

 

As Territory Manager, ESL, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share growth through converting new and/or competitive accounts while expanding utilization in current accounts. This position is ideal for a resilient individual with a proven entrepreneurial skillset to drive growth.  

 

Your Responsibilities include: 

  • Developing relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers  
  • Identifying and following-up on new sales opportunities 
  • Developing sales in your region according to budget 
  • Providing product training, sometimes to large audiences, and support to customers 
  • Participating in relevant national exhibitions 
  • Using CRM tools and processes, ensuring improved reporting and accountability 
  • Ensuring effective communication of agreed value propositions through proposals and presentations 
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration with key internal stakeholders - hereunder product marketing, market access, customer service, etc. 
  • As territory manager you ensure a professional tender management process for the Visualization business including market intelligence and post-tender follow-up. 

 

Your Background 

  • As a person, you display optimism, a growth mindset, curiosity, and have a knack for building relationships 
  • Prior sales management and/or key account management experience  
  • Sales experience from a Medical Device/IVD company in the Nordic region, primarily with surgical products 
  • Experienced with regional tender processes 
  • Experience with relation-driven sales 
  • Documented experience with sales planning, sales optimization, pipeline management and performance analytics 
  • Preferably some clinical experience 
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector 

 

Please note: While you will be working from your home office, you should expect to be out with customers 4 out of 5 days a week.
