The Sales Data Integrity Administrator will support a growing and highly productive sales organization through focusing on master data integrity. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the master data team and the position will be the primary data steward for the US entity.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the on-going development of data governance and process improvement in the master data processes
  • Provide support in reviewing existing duplicate records and review of new customer creation to reduce duplication
  • Review new customer mappings including but not limited to customer type, parent/child hierarchy, and IDN mapping
  • Participate and complete assigned projects for the Master Data team, including projects to support business partners
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies and discrepancies in data
  • Work across multiple systems to investigate data inconsistencies

Qualifications /Experience:

  • 0-2 years related experience in a data driven environment, preferably with an MDM platform (Profisee preferred, but not required)
  • Beginner to Intermediate excel skills including Pivot Tables, Vlookups (Preferred but not required)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to take initiative
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to adhere to 50/50 remote work schedule
