Finance Analyst
Ciudad Juárez, MX
• Support manufacturing areas through monthly variance reporting and analysis.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Support overhead and OPEX activities by working with business partners and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Work with project managers to monitor and forecast capital expenditures as well as guide project managers on new capital projects for submission.
• Take ownership of the fixed asset accounting processes, including fixed asset registry and depreciations.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of audit process (internal/external).
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
Competences:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 2 years of previous general accounting experience required
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS preferable
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• English (conversational, written)
