Student Assistant, Global Supply Chain

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Student Assistant to be based at HQ, Ballerup / Denmark

As Student Assistant, Global Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supporting Product launches (NPI), Projects within Supply Chain and across the organisation. Furthermore, you will be a vital support within BI Data & Analytics. You will have various roles within the team and have a great opportunity to learn about the End2End Supply Chain. 

You will join a highly skilled team of four, and you will report to our Head of Supply Chain Development, Global Supply Chain. The position is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark

Expected work hours / week (15 hours / week) 

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• NPI (New Product Introduction) support (50%)
• Project Support across Global Supply Chain (30%) 
• KPI / Dashboard Development / Support (10%) 
• Ad Hoc Tasks (10%) 

Suggested candidate profile

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you: 

• Are studying for a B.Sc or M.Sc within Supply Chain or similar education
• Have experience working in a Supply Chain team before, however this is not required
• Have strong analytical skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Have skills in a BI Tool (Preferable Power Bi)
• Have strong communication skills in English
• Have a high energetic drive, motivation, and accountability
