The Strategy and Transformation team leads this work by setting corporate strategy, overseeing strategy execution, and leading our most critical programs, all in partnership with the business.

Key responsibilities

As a Strategy Manager at Ambu, you will support the VP of Strategy & Transformation in executing Ambu’s Transformation Program, whilst developing and ensuring execution of Ambu’s corporate strategy – including underlying business unit strategies. Lastly, you will support the CEO, Britt Meelby Jensen, CFO, Henrik Bender, and the remaining Executive Leadership Team ad hoc.

Furthermore, the role will entail:

• Contributing to Ambu’s growth journey by supporting the ELT and Board of Directors; from mastering an inspirational slide deck to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Working on strategic collaboration projects with business leaders across different topics and functional topics

Suggested candidate profile

Setting you up for success is one of our crucial cornerstones, and to do so, we imagine you bring enthusiasm and a strong toolbox from the consultancy industry, with a passion for MedTech or Life Science industry. You can drive CEO support with ease and have the capability to independently support the workstream in the context of a broader team project.

Furthermore, you:

• Have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy or related field
• Have been in consulting for a couple of years, supported various projects – ideally in Life Sciences
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, in business-level English
• Take pride in being a strong collaborator, highly skilled in partnering with colleagues to create positive change
• Are an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify opportunities and execute with minimal direction
