The Strategy and Transformation group leads this work by setting corporate strategy, overseeing strategy execution, and leading our most critical programs, all in partnership with the business.

 

As a Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will help shape our future by driving key strategy and transformation initiatives. This role offers you the chance to create positive change in a growing business and partner closely with senior leadership. You will join an entrepreneurial team, where collaboration and supportiveness are central to how we make a difference. Ambu’s Strategy & Transformation team currently consists of four people, and you will report to the Vice President of the function.

 

Key responsibilities

 

The right candidate will have the chance to lead the most critical strategy and transformation projects for Ambu, including strategy development and transformation initiatives to help us grow and improve performance.

 

Furthermore, you will:

 

  • Lead transformation initiatives across business areas, partnering with business leads to set strategy, identify opportunities, scope programs, assess potential value, secure resources, and drive execution
  • Partner with colleagues across Ambu to identify high-potential growth and transformation opportunities
  • Contribute to the overall governance and portfolio management of delivering Ambu’s growth plan

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have a strong experience in leading complex, cross-functional strategic and transformation programs, with a proven track record of creating growth and improving bottom-line performance.

 

Furthermore, you:

  • Have a strong strategic thinking with solid problem-solving skills in a changing, collaborative environment
