You will play a key role in delivering into Ambu’s ambitious growth agenda, and you will drive commercial performance by improving commercial processes and tools. You have experience in unleashing the value of CRM and you are now looking for an opportunity to shape a journey from the beginning in a dynamic environment where you contribute a critical piece of the puzzle.

As a Senior Sales Effectiveness Manager, you will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Excellence.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

· Define and prioritize highest value sales programs and segments, and ensure that execution can be driven effectively through the CRM system

· Prioritize commercial needs for the CRM system based on global sales engagement and drive the commercial agenda in improvement projects

· Drive definition of sales processes and business rules and anchor in the CRM system in collaboration with Sales and IT Commercial Platforms

· Drive adoption by conducting regular Train-the-Trainer sessions, defining, and sharing best practices, and following up with the sales territories on focus areas. Define usage of the CRM system to drive the business for each key role in the organization - develop a Global-Local team structure and governance model to drive the adoption

· Measure success, ensuring that key KPIs are defined and followed up on to measure the benefit, impact, and adoption of CRM in collaboration with Business Finance

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

 

· Have a proven track record in effectively using CRM, preferably salesforce, to drive value in a global sales organization.

· Have worked in commercial roles, preferably within the healthcare industry

· Have a solid understanding of sales processes and customer journeys, and how to put this into play to generate value.

· Have a strong analytical mindset with experience in using data for fact-based decision making.

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, proactive, you have a "can do" attitude with excellent collaboration skills. You use this to drive positive change across organizational levels. You thrive in a fast-paced international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork. You have the ability to prioritize competing demands and engage people on the journey while delivering results.
