As the market leader in single use Endoscopy, Ambu is revolutionising Hospital procedures across GI, ENT, Pulmonology and Urology. Our solutions offer surgeons and other hospital professionals efficient, sterile and sustainable solutions in their daily lives.
Thanks to this, we are seeing significant growth in our Endoscopy business. We are therefore looking for a new Nordic Product Manager to join the Nordic Sales team. You can expect to work closely with a small team of regional Product Managers, alongside the regional Sales teams and global Marketing functions
This role is ideal for candidates possessing a robust background in Marketing, Sales and/or Product Management within a complex setting. As the appointed candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to assume full ownership of your designated area, encompassing Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. This position is particularly well-suited for individuals eager to continuously enhance and expand their professional skillset.
 
The role is ideally based in our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, with the possibility of a hybrid work environment, although other Nordic locations with regular travel to the HQ can be considered.
 


Key responsibilities 


 
Your main responsibilities will include: 
 

  • Product management of Ambu's Endoscopy Solutions portfolio in the Nordic region – collaborating with the regional Sales teams and global Product Marketing
  • Be a strong business partner for Territory Managers supporting the region
  • Support the commercial function with adapting key Marketing and training material to the regional client base
  • Drive trainings, upskilling and other product related sessions with clinicians in the region

 


Suggested candidate profile 
 


Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have some or all of the following: 
 

  • Experience working with Clinicians in ENT, Urology, GI or Pulmonology
  • Previous Marketing or Product Management experience would be considered an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • A clinical background and/or commercial background within the field is highly regarded
  • Strong experience of the Nordic healthcare market
  • Solution focused mindset: being able and willing to solve challenges head on and take initiative to find answers when coming across new questions 
  • A personal drive to continuously adapt to changing business environments, focusing on innovation and new learnings in all aspects of your career. 
  • English skills at a professional level alongside at least one other Nordic language
