Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand essential user requirements and design camera mechanical solutions that elevate our next-generation endoscope products.
  • Explore and deploy cutting-edge technologies to overcome major challenges in camera mechanical design.
  • Lead the complete implementation of camera system solutions in endoscope projects, ensuring seamless integration with other modules/components.
  • Provide vital support to the production setup by implementing appropriate tests and inspections for quality assurance.
  • Apply design control principles in line with medical device standards throughout the development of final products.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams for the seamless integration of mechanical components in camera systems.
  • Explore and implement cost-efficient solutions without compromising the quality and performance of camera systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, attend relevant training sessions, and continuously enhance knowledge in mechanical engineering and camera technologies.
  • Traveling to a certain extent is required, approximately 20 days per year.

 

Suggested Candidate Profile:

 

  • Holding a Master of Science degree in Mechanics, Physics, Applied Physics, or Biomedical Engineering, you bring over 5 years of valuable experience in mechanical design, specifically within sensor/camera systems.
  • Your robust mechanical expertise is complemented by proficiency in utilizing CAD software, allowing for detailed design, and modeling of intricate mechanical assemblies.
  • With hands-on experience in prototyping, 3D printing, modeling, and testing mechanical designs, you possess a practical understanding of the entire design process.
  • You excel in innovative problem-solving with a user-centric approach, boasting a successful track record in leading mechanical design tasks. Your self-driven and highly motivated nature is evident in your proactive work ethic.
  • Effective communication is one of your strengths, showcasing the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • You are fluent in both written and oral English.
