Ambu A/S is currently looking for an ITSM Process Manager to be based in our Ballerup office.


As a process manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various processes within IT organization. Your main focus will be IT Change Management, Enhancement and Service Transition.

If you have experience in IT Service management (ITSM) , process improvement and reporting this role might be a great fit for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure consistent handling and effective coordination of changes and new demands 
  • Reduce the number of errors during commissioning, as well as optimize the Incident Management process through rapid identification of errors caused by changes
  • To ensure timely and adequate information about planned and ongoing changes
  • Comply with SLA goals for change management and internal KPIs
  • Understand Lifecycle management process
  • Prepare Reporting and Dashboards from ITSM tool
  • Drive improvements in process area


Suggested candidate profile 


Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have: 


  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Science, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as an IT Process Manager working with global process harmonization, and ITIL Processes
  • Experience in IT Change Management, Enhancement and other ITIL processes
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes preferable from MedTech or similar industry. 
  • Functional understanding of ITSM tool, preferebly ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and strategic thinking.  
  • Structured and analytic mindset. 
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills. 
  • Presentation and stakeholder management savvy
