You will join an international marketing team with highly dedicated colleagues. The position as Global Product Manager is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.

 

Global position with a huge impact

We are looking for a Global Product Manager to develop, launch and subsequently maintain and help drive the commercial agenda for our pulmonology portfolio. In your daily work, you will have the role as commercial lead on innovation projects and you will act as a strong business partner for our sales regions and internal departments such as R&D and MarCom.


As Global Product Manager your responsibilities will include:

•    Upstream product management work from the idea to the launch
•    Drive the global launch of your product area, including the preparation and support to sales subsidiaries 
•    Together with MarCom, support the development of the launch toolbox and marketing plans  
•    Drive the commercial agenda to obtain the ambitious growth of your product range and get this included in the development and launch activities 
•    Be a strong partner for R&D to ensure market feedback on product performance and prioritizations


Innovative and commercial mindset to secure an impactful launch

To succeed in this position, you most likely have experience within health care or medical device industry within strategic marketing or from a commercial function. You have a strong commercial mindset and a good understanding of what it takes to establish a successful product launch in the market. Your experience or skillset enables you to learn fast and gives you the ability to understand the user needs that drives innovation, and translate them to both messaging and product benefits.

You probably hold a degree in healthcare, business or marketing on a master's level and have a project work oriented mindset. You may have recently graduated or have worked in an international role. It is natural for you to work in a manner where you can present your analysis, findings, and recommendations in a convincing manner to many stakeholders.

As a person, you are analytical, self-driven and have a “can do” attitude. You thrive in an international environment that is characterized by cross-functional teamwork and when conditions allow it, travelling to key markets is expected.

As Ambu is a global company it is essential that you have excellent English skills and that you have a global mindset in relation to both co-workers and business opportunities.
