Ambu is looking for a highly motivated student to assist in market analyses, competitor mapping and monitoring, and data validation to support strategic decisions across the organization. The job involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization and in the regional markets, working with several types of data from differing sources, and effectively consolidating and communicating analyses and findings. The job requires strong analytical skills combined with a structured approach and a solid business understanding.

 

As part of Ambu’s Global Portfolio Strategy team, you will have a unique opportunity to apply and improve your analytical competencies while working with exciting and disruptive medical devices. You will get to work with multiple departments and affiliations worldwide, strengthening your English and overall communicative skills.

 
 

Key responsibilities
The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Portfolio Strategy team. 

In collaboration with the Global Portfolio Strategy team, your primary responsibilities will include:
 

  • Foundational work on existing and new competitor intel initiatives
  • Support on market research activities
  • Overall data analyses and presentations
  • Supporting Global Marketing and the Global Portfolio Strategy team with cross-cutting initiatives


As a company in constant development you will get a great opportunity to influence your work tasks. The position is set for 15-20 hours per week, with the option of flexibility in relation to exam-periods etc.
 
 

Key competences

We are looking for an active bachelor's or master's student, preferably enrolled in a program such as cand.merc, cand.oecon, or a similar field with skills in data analysis and market understanding.
To be successful in the position you must be experienced in Excel and PowerPoint. Furthermore, you must have a natural interest in and flair for understanding both the clinical and technical aspects of the relevant markets and products in order provide proper context in market and competitor analyses. Lastly, you must have a great eye for detail concerning data and source quality and not hold back from voicing your ideas.

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are good at project management and that you are able to reach out and communicate with colleagues in headquarters as well as abroad with an eye for details and timing.

Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
