Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Finance Process Specialist to be based out of HQ in Ballerup, Greater Capital Region of Denmark.

Then this might just be your defining moment! Tina Jørgensen, Global Finance Process Manager, is looking for a new addition to her team of 5, The role will be project-based, with both short- and long-term goals, with the primary purpose of driving change in Ambu’s financial processes.  


Key responsibilities 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Conducting projects on different scales in a global setting – from new implementations to improvement and optimizing existing system and processes   

  • Being the connection and go-to person between finance and IT 

  • Being a process owner in a global setting, and working out of HQ being independently responsible for various tasks within projects and process optimization 

  • Finding root cause in different system across departments, and act as a super user on financial processes and systems  

  • Supporting to subsidiaries and Shared Service Center in relations to Financial processes  


Suggested candidate profile 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you: 

  • Have a financial background, as well as interest in IT 

  • Have a sound practical and theoretical understanding of inherit risks in generic business processes  

  • Have a basic understanding of Finance Processes, and would like to grow your capabilities in the field  

  • Have a university degree in Business Economics or similar discipline, e.g., HR(R)  

  • Master the English language effortlessly, orally and written, as well as social intelligence and the ability to communicate across cultures  

  • Master Excel and raw data-sets within areas of e.g. AR, AP & GL  

  • Are not afraid of questions the status quo, have a ‘’hands-on mindset’’ with a one-team approach
