Rethink the future of endoscopy 

 

You will be a vital player in product development projects, and you will lead and coordinate the EMC test activities both internally and externally through our partners. You will be in charge of further developing our newly established EMC Lab and be responsible for ensuring Ambu is living up to the latest EMC requirements set by the applicable standards and FDA.

 

Two days will most likely not look the same, however, you will be leading all EMC activities in Ambu within projects across our global sites. You will be the go to person for EMC related questions. You will master the relevant EMC test equipment / facilities for pre-testing, and you will ensure well documented test reports and certificate from our certification labs.

 

You will also participate in reviews of electrical design and patient safety - as well as verification and test in cooperation with both internal and external partners.

 

A seasoned electronics engineer with a flair for EMC compliance, 

 

Setting you up for success is one of our cornerstones. In order to do so, we imagine you have several years of experience within EMC and product design, and you hold a degree in electronics engineering or similar. As we work in a regulated field, it's a huge plus if you have experience with medical device standards. Additionally, you have some insight in work according to FDA/ISO. Lastly, we appericaite a customer-centric mindset. 

 

To be successful in the job, you need to thrive in work situations with both internal and external partners where you use your outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure long-lasting and beneficial solutions. You are positive, constructive, structured, detail oriented and you combine a proactive mind-set with the ability to plan, execute and meet deadlines.

 

As we're a global company excellent English skills, verbally and in writing, are crucial. Travel can be expected up to 15 days per annum.
