Business IT Consultant - Document Management System

We are looking for a Business Consultant who will be responsible for our Document Management System M-Files. Your main objective will be to ensure maximum utility, system updates and implementation of additional functionality.

 

Your areas of responsibility will also be to :         

 

  • Help customers identify and clarify their needs
  • Assist in requirement review, solution design and documentation
  • Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, migration and testing
  • Support all aspects of the deployment lifecycle
  • Perform M-Files system implementation
  • Solve daily support tickets within your area of responsibility
  • Drive changes and updates with your colleagues in IT, Line of Business and external  consultants and handle the necessary documentation according to standards
  • Prepare and execute training
  • Provide consultancy on best practice for design

 

You will have a truly global job and collaborate with colleagues across Ambu's locations.

It will be an advantage if you have an understanding of working with IT in a pharmaceutical or MedTech company where standards for documentation and training are high and changes to the system are implemented according to standard procedures and documentation.

 

Ideally you will have:

 

  • Experience in working with document/content management systems
  • Advantage to be acquainted with business processes
  • Advantage to have knowledge on integrations and interfaces

 

As a person, you are a strong team player, and you have an analytical, technical and structured approach. You are able to maintain the overview and you have a diplomatic and open mindset. You are a skilled communicator, enabling you to create strong relationships across the organisation. You are good at planning, following up as well as keeping promises and deadlines. At the same time, you are comfortable with decision-making.

 

You will get a truly global job where you will collaborate with colleagues across Ambu's locations and functions worldwide. You will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup where you will report to the Head of Product Life Cycle and Quality Management System.
