We are looking for an Integrated Business Operations Manager to lead key operational functions—including customer service, business process analysis, demand planning, and quality assurance. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Service Management: Lead the customer service team to ensure fast, accurate order entry and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement initiatives to improve productivity, automate routine processes, and focus on value-added customer interactions.
  • Systems & IT: Oversee and streamline IT systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support business needs. Lead the shift to digital operations and customer service, increasing the use of technologies like EDI.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation in local operations, enhancing Ambu’s e-service portfolio for a competitive edge.
  • Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth product flow and efficient logistics.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with key stakeholders across departments, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless operations and synchronize strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Track progress using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, oversee regular reporting, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Establish and lead the Integrated Business Operations team, reporting directly to the VP , and ensure alignment with the leadership team’s strategic goals.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:  

  • Leadership Skills: Strong experience in managing teams and collaborating across functional areas.
  • Experience & Expertise: Proven background in operations management within a similar industry, with experience in managing complex projects and process improvements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with project management, process improvement methodologies, and familiarity with EDI systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of the DACH region market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service and Inside Sales processes.
