HR Specialist (m/f/d)

How your contribution will drive us forward:

 

  • Be a knowledgeable point of contact for our employees in Germany and Switzerland, handling HR-related matters, in fluent German.
  • Independently manage administrative processes from start to finish, including offboarding and the creation of (interim) testimonies.
  • Act as our contact person and subject matter expert for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters.
  • Handle personnel-related inquiries while considering labor and social security law aspects, such as maternity leave, contract amendments etc.
  • Manage the whole recruitment process, including active sourcing/direct search
  • Create and manage contracts, as well as initiate the onboarding process.
  • Manage our HR system, SuccessFactors, involving tasks such as enrolling new employees.
  • Work together with our Compensation & Benefits Specialist to provide the best staff incentives.

 

What you will need to bring to the table:

 

  • Completed studies in business, social sciences, law, with a focus on HR, or a comparable education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international environment, with sound knowledge of labor law and HR process management.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and a highly independent, structured, and meticulous work approach.
  • Friendly and confident demeanor, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
