HR Specialist (m/f/d)

How your contribution will drive us forward:
- Be a knowledgeable point of contact for our employees in Germany and Switzerland, handling HR-related matters, in fluent German.
- Independently manage administrative processes from start to finish, including offboarding and the creation of (interim) testimonies.
- Act as our contact person and subject matter expert for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters.
- Handle personnel-related inquiries while considering labor and social security law aspects, such as maternity leave, contract amendments etc.
- Manage the whole recruitment process, including active sourcing/direct search
- Create and manage contracts, as well as initiate the onboarding process.
- Manage our HR system, SuccessFactors, involving tasks such as enrolling new employees.
- Work together with our Compensation & Benefits Specialist to provide the best staff incentives.
What you will need to bring to the table:
- Completed studies in business, social sciences, law, with a focus on HR, or a comparable education.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international environment, with sound knowledge of labor law and HR process management.
- Excellent command of German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and a highly independent, structured, and meticulous work approach.
- Friendly and confident demeanor, along with excellent communication skills.
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
