Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of marketing strategies for the Business Unit, including the launch of new products.
- Conducting product training and developing marketing communications for our sales force.
- Providing support for tender applications, including the creation of tender documents.
- Organizing and managing marketing events such as congresses, customer meetings, and courses.
- Supporting the sales force during Operating Room Demonstrations (OPDs) or product demos.
- Engaging in communications and attending meetings with the global marketing team.
- Keeping a close eye on market trends, market share, and competitors.
- Managing digital campaigns and creating, planning, and developing marketing content across both online and offline channels
- The position involves approximately 50% travel requirement.
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you possess:
- A university degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent.
- Ideally, strong technical knowledge in areas such as airway management, anaesthesia, intensive care medicine, and emergency medicine, or a demonstrated ambition to acquire expertise in these areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist.
- Ability to work independently and with great dedication to drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent organizational skills with a highly independent, structured, and organized approach to work.
- Possession of a friendly and confident demeanour, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstration of a client and solution-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
