Ambu A/S is looking for an accountant, specialised in Concur system for our Global Finance Shared Service Team. 

 

As an Accountant in Concur (FSS), you will be:

  • Involving in travel reporting.
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding of users. Create user profile and update necessary change in Travelpool Europe portal.          
  • Processing employee's claims in Concur globally by validating receipts, expense types, and check for adherence to company policies.                            
  • Posting for accrual of employee reimbursement during month-end closing.                            
  • Ensuring all Concur reports are submitted by requestors on time and follow up closely with the user for aging transactions.
  • Performing reconciliation, investigate and fix discrepancy in concur transactions.                            
  • Providing global support to employees in Concur.                            
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.  
  • Involve in developing and improvement in company-related financial processes.                            
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time and supporting other Ambu offices.

 

Suggested candidate profile:

  • Candidates must posses a minimum Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.  
  • Some years of working experience in finance or accounting is required for this position.                                                                                                    
  • Candidate from Shared Services environment will be given priority. 
  • Experience in Concur and/or ERP systems would be an added advantage.                                                                                      
  • Candidate must be able to work with tight deadline.                                                                                          
  • Excellent attentions to detail and acccuracy.                                                                                             
  • Self driven, motivated, and should be able to function independently as well as should be comfortable working in a team environment.                                                                                         
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.                                                                                      
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.         
  • Able to travel to other Ambu offices (not frequent).
