Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Private Label & OEM Strategy Manager to be based out of HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

 

The role is reporting to the Vice President, Global Anaesthesia & Patient Monitoring Commercial. The key task is to negotiate and manage existing multi-country private label/OEM and branded distributor agreements as well as to proactively build a pipeline of additional opportunities and execute on these.

 

If you are excited about negotiating and managing agreements with international clients, taking ownership for smaller customization projects of existing products, manage diverse internal functions and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes and have experience from Life Science or a similar regulated industry this could be a great opportunity for you.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Negotiating agreements with international companies using Ambu’s products in combination or supplementary to their own product range
  • Alignment with other stakeholders across the organisation to ensure contracts are compliant with regulations and all requirements are being reflected
  • Own the business relationship and manage the relation with the customer, including commercial outlook and plans as well as monitoring of results. Topline and profitability responsibility for the customer group.
  • Build business cases for new opportunities
  • Project preparation for prioritization and resource allocation
  • Ensure private label/OEM business requirements are reflected in the relevant Ambu processes and understood by key internal stakeholders

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you carry strong business acumen, the ability to navigate in a broad stakeholder landscape - both internal and external -, as well as a knack for identifying business opportunities, such as partnerships.

  • Have ability to plan and understand alignment and governance needs in a big global organization
  • Are cooperative and firm at the same time - driving for progress in a constructive way
  • Like to look for solutions even if the answer is not immediately in front of you
  • Have experience with negotiation and management of (OEM/private label/branded distributor) contracts and relationships at international level
  • Have experience with building business cases
  • Experience in Life Science or a similar regulated industry
