We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans to build brand awareness and increase market share across Australia and New Zealand for your designated portfolio. This role will be based out of our Warriewood Head Office.
What you’ll do:
- Lead execution of the marketing strategy & portfolio plans for the 1-to-3-year horizon.
- Continuously monitor and report on product performance, including financial targets, key objective achievements, and competitor landscape.
- Manage product forecasts and stock management.
- Develop and execute education and training programs for sales and end users.
- Develop sales & marketing tools to support the business to meet and exceed revenue targets for your designated portfolio.
- Successfully launch/manage several products at once.
- Spend extensive time in field and in operating theatres as needed.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities to strengthen overall market position.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to effectively improve the existing product and value proposition.
- Analyze and develop optimal market positioning and pricing.
- Develop and maintain KOL relationships.
What you’ll bring:
This position is well suited to an energetic, collaborative marketer with a proven skillset for driving growth in a competitive landscape. You’ll also have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in complex product management, preferably within the medical device industry.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
- Proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.
