Ambu ANZ are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator, who will play an important role in supporting both the Marketing and Commercial Teams while coordinating and delivering conferences, workshops, and company events. This is an office-based role with the ability to work from home 1 day per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to the Marketing Team
  • Plan, organise, and execute company events
  • Coordinate all event logistics
  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain service agreements
  • Prepare run sheets, schedules, attendee communications, and post-event reports 
  • Maintain the events calendar
  • Create and update marketing materials
  • Support content posting on LinkedIn and internal platforms
  • Support internal communications, including intranet updates
  • Lead other marketing or cross-team projects as needed 
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll bring:

Skills and experiences can be learned in many ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:

•    Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a regulated environment 
•    Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
•    Excellent written and verbal communication
•    Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively
•    High attention to detail, a positive professional attitude 
•    Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
