Ambu ANZ are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Tenders & Contracts Specialist to manage the end-to-end tender and contract process. This critical role will support revenue growth by building strong relationships, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. This role suits someone who brings strong commercial acumen and thrives in a fastpaced setting. This role is based out of our Warriewood Head Office and due to the collaborative nature, would need to be on site 3 days per week.  

What you’ll do:  

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process. 

  • Develop, refine and manage tender templates, response libraries and supporting documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency. 

  • Support the full contract lifecycle. 

  • Track critical contract milestones such as expiries, renewals, reporting obligations and pricing adjustments. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to compile high-quality, compliant and competitive tender responses. 

  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure key commercial terms are correctly reflected within internal systems. 

  • Serve as a central point of contact for tender and contract-related enquiries. 

  • Drive continuous process improvements, strengthen governance practices and maintain strong product knowledge across the portfolio. 

 What you’ll bring:  

  • 3+ years’ experience proven in tender management and contracts administration, preferably in healthcare. 

  • A strong understanding of tender compliance, pricing governance and commercial processes. 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, although extensive practical experience is valued over qualifications. 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. 

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
