Student Assistant, Global Marketing - Product Management Urology

Key responsibilities

The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Product Management team for Urology for approximately 15–20 hours a week. You will be supporting your colleagues with various marketing and product management assignments such as:  

 

  • Collaborating with the Product Manager team on a range of downstream and upstream marketing projects and initiatives
  • Supporting data entry, structuring, and maintenance of internal databases and files 
  • Assisting with data analysis and contributing to the creation of a data‑driven decision basis
  • Supporting administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, planning, and logistics
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of development project commercial activities 
  • Supporting the creation, update, and coordination of materials, presentations, and internal documentation

 

A strong analytical mindset with hands‑on execution

To succeed in this role, you bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data. You feel confident navigating tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or dashboarding solutions. You are comfortable structuring data, identifying patterns, and turning findings into clear insights for the team.

As a person, you are hands‑on, proactive, and able to manage your own tasks with high attention to detail and timing. You work in a structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented way.

Since we are a global company, you will collaborate across functions and regions and become part of an international team. Therefore, strong English skills and effective communication are essential.
