Key responsibilities

The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Product Management team for ENT for approximately 15 - 20 hours a week. You will be supporting your colleagues with various marketing and product management assignments such as:

  • Support data analysis and prepare reports on sales and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to competitive intelligence efforts.
  • Help organize international meetings and congresses by managing travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and other logistics.
  • Assist with ordering, packing, and shipping small deliveries to our global sales regions.
  • Support planning and execution of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities, including contract handling, travel coordination, and resource booking.
  • Support the team in managing existing products and preparing for future launches by helping with documentation, coordination, and research tasks related to product lifecycle and commercial planning

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are good at project management and that you are able to reach out and communicate with colleagues in headquarters as well as abroad with an eye for details and timing.

As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a given project. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, and team-oriented. 

Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently.
