Key responsibilities
The position as Student Assistant is based at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will join the Global Gastroenterology team counting four dedicated and experienced Global Product Managers. You will be given dedicated responsibilities within key strategically important areas incl.:
- Execution of priority strategic projects, e.g. PowerBI analytics, commercial initiatives, etc.
- Be part of organizing internal and external international conferences
- Directly support the Sr. Director on internal team priorities
- Manage light logistics incl. small local storage area
A strategic and self driven profile with strong project management skills
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are:
- Strong in managing projects end to end with clear deadlines and delievrables
- Experienced in Excel- and PowerPoint (PowerBI or other BI tool would be a preference as well)
- Fluent in corporate English (written and verbal) and able to communicate efficiently
As a person, you exceed your peers by being hands-on with the ability to manage all steps of a project. You are strategic, analytical and commercially savvy, as well as, structured, self-driven and responsible.
