Staff Facilities Engineer II

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and management of all buildings, compounds, and facilities, including upgrades, extensions, and updates to documentation for factory facilities and equipment.
  2. Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive maintenance program that incorporates both corrective and preventive actions to ensure optimal performance of all facility equipment and machinery.
  3. Monitor utility usage including electricity, water, and compressed air, to maintain sufficient capacity.
  4. Lead energy conservation initiatives by identifying and implementing savings strategies, while conducting awareness programs.
  5. Proactively monitor, control, and optimize energy consumption to reduce usage, lower costs, and minimize carbon emissions.
  6. Maintain ISO documentation, including validation of facility equipment, and update records as required.
  7. Manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure equipment operates within specified parameters such as temperature and pressure differential.
  8. Ensure compliance of buildings and facilities with local safety, environmental, and regulatory inspections (e.g., DOSH, DOE, ST/EC, MBPP).
  9. Conduct and support audits, while managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), ensuring quality records are properly maintained in compliance with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  10. Coordinate pest control, gardening, and housekeeping activities in collaboration with external vendors when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.                            
  • At least 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.                            
  • Preferably Executive specialized in HVAC at cleanroom, BMS and CDA system 
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skill 
  • Familiarity with local and federal regulations related to facilities management.
