Ambu Global Operations seeks a Senior Transformation and Strategy Manager. Are you a top-tier consultant ready to lead high-impact transformation initiatives?
In this role you will use your expertise in operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results and help drive Ambu’s global growth ambitions within our Zoom Ahead strategy.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and continuously update the strategic roadmap for Global Operations within the COO area, prioritizing initiatives that advance our long-term objectives. Annually refine and assess the strategy, prepare strategy update presentations to the ELT and Board of Directors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Ambu’s global network (Operations in US, Mexico, China, and Malaysia). Managing complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment across diverse geographies and functions.
- Change Management: Champion and implement change management initiatives into Ambu’s culture and daily operations. Bring your experience in leading organizational transformation and scaling new operating models.
- Reporting & Analytics: Report and visualize strategy progress to ELT and BOD level, with focus on financial and operational KPIs. Ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Suggested candidate profile
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you possess:
- At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience within Global Operations/Supply Chain.
- A strong background in top-tier consulting with demonstrated success in leading and executing strategic initiatives in Operations, COO area.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. International exposure is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency with manufacturing systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience in project management, risk assessment, and digital transformation is a plus.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on driving business value. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Ability to travel 10-20 days/year.
