Ambu India Pvt Ltd is currently looking for Regional Sales Manager to be based at Delhi

The Regional Manager holds the responsibility for generating business primarily from private accounts of Delhi NCR . His focus lies in securing individual rate contracts for Ambu within Private hospitals.

  • The incumbent is tasked with cultivating rebuys of scopes from existing installations and expanding the installation base, with a special emphasis on Urology, ENT, and Pulmonary standalone hospitals. To drive ESL business in major corporate chains of Delhi NCR.  
  • Should hold minimum 4-5 years of experience of team management.
  • Medical Devices/ Pharmaceutical (Pulmonology, Anaesthesia, Critical Care Products) preferably Medical Devices  

  • Key account management - Pvt Business.

  • Distribution Management  

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to increase market share and penetrate new customer segments.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts with key clients, including private and corporate accounts.
  • Drive ESL business in Private accounts.
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives.
  • Setting performance goals (KPIs) for the regional team and monitoring performance against these targets.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to the team, and assisting with complex customer queries or negotiations.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring all his reports follow company standards and procedures.

 

Required Education: B. Pharm. / B. Sc./ B. Tech (Biomedical) / MBA will Be added advantage

Required Experience: 15-18  years in healthcare industry.
