Responsibility:
- Carry out preliminary complaint investigation & simulation on complaint cases.
- Write preliminary complaint investigation report.
- Receive the complaint sample and move the package to lab. Unboxing the package received, handle disinfection on the complaint sample for investigation.
- Update the basic information of complaint received into complaint database.
- Pack the complaint sample / component of device into package, for the shipment to supplier for their further investigation.
- Organise the storage of complaint sample and arrangement the complaint sample waste disposal with responsible personnel.
- Support simple repair on equipment or tool failure in the lab.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in product failure investigation
- Able to write and communicate in English, committed with good accountability, flexible & willing to learn new knowledge, good team spirit.
