Are you passionate about driving high-impact projects in a global supply chain? Do you want to play a key role in delivering transformational initiatives that shape how Ambu scales, operates, and delivers value to patients worldwide?
Ambu is transforming – and this is your opportunity to accelerate change.
We have recently established a Supply Chain Transformation department within our Global Supply Chain organization, and we are seeking a Project Manager to join us. You will play a central role in building and driving transformation initiatives across our global supply chain while also helping to shape the function itself. That includes defining ways of working, building our transformation “toolbox,” and laying the foundation for how we deliver change across the global supply chain.
At Ambu, we are on an ambitious growth journey - scaling our operations and capabilities to meet the rising global demand for our innovative medical solutions. As part of this journey, you will join a highly motivated team that values initiative, impact, and collaboration; and you will have a front-row seat in driving the evolution of our global supply chain.
Your mission
As a Project Manager, your primary mission is to lead and execute global, cross functional supply chain projects that improve performance, strengthen Ambu’s operational foundation, and support our strategic priorities. In parallel, you will play an active role in shaping the direction of Global Supply Chain by supporting the VP and leadership team in defining priorities for the coming fiscal period and driving execution of the current roadmap. You will also help elevate our Project Management Office by enhancing project methods, strengthening governance practices, and driving best‑in‑class execution across Global Supply Chain.
This is a high impact role where project execution meets strategic problem‑solving. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership and collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and regions, to ensure that supply chain best practices and process excellence are embedded into Ambu’s transformation roadmap.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Supply Chain Strategy, Performance & PMO.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder maps; and adjust proactively to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate effective project meetings (from status updates to Steering Committees) with strong preparation, clear agendas, and documented decisions and actions
- Track project progress systematically, highlighting risks, mitigations, dependencies, and required escalations
- Communicate project status and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership through concise, high‑quality updates
- Ensure strong alignment and collaboration across functions such as Planning, Operations, Distribution, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial
Strategy & project management office contribution
- Contribute to shaping our Global Supply Chain strategy and drive execution of current roadmap
- Support development of governance frameworks, performance tracking, and PMO standards that elevate execution quality across the supply chain
- Prepare strategic and operational performance updates for senior leadership, focusing on insights, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure that key stakeholders are following our PMO process as well as deadlines for inputs to reporting, leadership meetings and strategy
- Identify improvement opportunities across processes and ways of working, turning observations into structured proposals
- Help ensure alignment and prioritization across the transformation portfolio
