The Section Manager, Technical & Systems Engineering shall manage a group of technical engineers to conduct engineering studies and supporting production and Process Engineering in technical related issues. This position is reporting to the Manufacturing Director and will be based in Penang, Malaysia.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage a group of engineers to conduct engineering studies and provide solutions for technical related issues.
- Coordinate and support Technical Maintenance team in setting up Production equipment. Ensure equipment are well maintained and operates at optimum condition; minimum breakdown and capable to produces products according to product specifications.
- Coordinate and support Process Engineer/Technical Maintenance on process improvement activities (LEAN-OEE), localization and cost saving activities.
- Support Validation Engineer/Technical Engineer/Process Engineer in carrying out validation activity for production equipment.
