Business Area:  Marketing
Department:  Global Sustainability
Employment Type:  Full-time
Req ID:  10132

Do you want to help strengthen Ambu’s upstream sustainability execution and enable credible, evidence-based sustainability claims? In this role you will build and maintain the evidence, insights, and analytical foundation that supports early-stage and ongoing product decisions and feeds our global sustainability evidence roadmap.

Key responsibilities
•    Maintain and drive the sustainability evidence roadmap (e.g., LCA priorities, product footprints) and package outputs in reusable formats.
•    Turn LCA results and complex sustainability data into clear decision materials (e.g., 1-pagers, insight packs, evidence briefs) for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•    Gather, structure, and quality-check sustainability data across R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure evidence readiness and consistent assumptions.
•    Translate evidence into claim-ready language in line with internal governance and escalate risks, gaps, or inconsistencies that could impact external claims.
•    Track sustainability drivers, trends, and competitor insights and provide structured updates with implications and recommended actions.
•    Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect inputs and maintain central evidence repositories and version control.

What we’re looking for
•    Ability to structure and communicate complex sustainability topics clearly and concisely (written and verbal).
•    Interste in working with sustainability evidence and data (e.g., LCAs, product footprints, environmental metrics) and turning it into decision-ready outputs.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across functions (R&D, Operations, Marketing and commercial teams).
•    Analytical mindset with attention to data quality, documentation, and version control.
•    Comfort assessing trade-offs between sustainability impact, cost, technical feasibility, and scalability to support early-stage decisions.
