Responsibilities:

• Suppliers' creation in Agile for all quality class.
• POs creations after due diligence is performed.
• Ensure procurement process in full compliance to Procurement policies and frameworks.
• Supporting compliance, responsible supplier program i.e. Code of Conduct.
• Supporting supplier management & supplier control framework.
• Creating supplier approvals, re-evaluation, suppliers' certifications, contracts, declarations, CEs and all relevant documents and work with all key stakeholders.
• Close monitoring on documentation expiration date and reporting.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring & driving supplier's improvement.
• Ensure 100% compliance to Purchasing QHBs.
• Support audits (internal. external audits)

Requirements:

• Degree in business, supply chain, finance or all any relevant fields is acceptable.
• Detailed, organized and enthusiastic about Supplier Management.
• ISO13485 knowledge is compulsory.
• Capable to support several projects/assignments in parallel.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in self-directed and teamwork environment.
• Willing to go extra miles to achieve Project & Procurement KPIs.
• Ability to assess supplier reliability, pricing, and risk.
• Understanding of RFQ/RFP processes.
• Capability to conduct due diligence.
• Negotiation savvy.
• Good coummunicator, team player.
• Posses analytical thinking & creative problem solver.
