Responsibility:

  1. Carry out preliminary complaint investigation & simulation on complaint cases.
  2. Write preliminary complaint investigation report.
  3. Receive the complaint sample and move the package to lab. Unboxing the package received, handle disinfection on the complaint sample for investigation.
  4. Update the basic information of complaint received into complaint database.
  5. Pack the complaint sample / component of device into package, for the shipment to supplier for their further investigation.
  6. Organise the storage of complaint sample and arrangement the complaint sample waste disposal with responsible personnel.
  7. Support simple repair on equipment or tool failure in the lab.

 

Requirement:

  1. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  2. Experience in product failure investigation
  3. Able to write and communicate in English, committed with good accountability, flexible & willing to learn new knowledge, good team spirit.
