Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continuous production of quaity products.
* Carry out planned preventive maintenance.
* Ensure that all machine records and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs/maintenance have been carted. 
*Troubleshoot machine problems and breakdowns and ensure that machines are repaired with minimum the downtime. 
*Collaborate with shift technicians to ensure all the above are carried out effectively.

Requirements:

* At least Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Candidates in other engineering fields will be considered if they nave extensive work experience in machine maintenance work in a manufacturing environment. 
* Working knowledge of programming and PLC.
* Ability to work on 12 hours rotating shifts.
* Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
