Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Technical Marketing Coordinator to be based in Penang.

 

Are you passionate about making a real impact for customers and colleagues alike? We’re looking for a dedicated team member to join our Global Technical Marketing team. We work closely with colleagues in Sales Territories to ensure that our customers have a good customer experience and are able to focus on providing patient treatment. Furthermore, we have a strong collaboration with colleagues in Headquarter in order to drive efficient process and help Ambu to succeed as an organization.

In this role, you will have a particular focus on supporting the success of our Digital Solutions & Systems – which are increasingly becoming key to our overall offering, as you will be responsible for answering questions related to these. You will also be working with our Quality Management System (QMS) and colleagues to ensure that Global Marketing follows the requirements for documentation.

 

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. You should thrive in an environment where you will become the subject matter expert.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supporting colleagues in our sales territories by answering questions on various topics, but in particularly related to our Digital Solutions & Systems, including questions on software, cybersecurity and connectivity with hospital systems
  • Over time become a subject matter expert on the same topics and ensure that we gather and share knowledge on these topics in an understandable way.
  • Working with and supporting our Global Marketing organization on various processes, including ensure documentation in our QMS.
  • Support Global Marketing on ad hoc projects

 

Suggested candidate profile

 

Skills and experiences can be earned in many ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be described on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

 

  • Have experience with software disciplines, cyber security and connectivity (wi-fi protocols, network technology, certificate management)
  • Have knowledge of Hospital/health care IT systems, e.g. PACS/DICOM, SMB/network sharing.
  • Have past experience from a similar position, ideally from another medical device or software company
  • Are familiar with QMS, preferable Agile.
  • Have understanding of the general principles of documentation, incl. experience in maintaining it to ensure compliance with QA audits and regulatory standards.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have experience or interest in collaborating with colleagues from diverse culture backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and understanding
  • Have a curious mindset and a willingness to learn
