Join our Medical Affairs team and help shape the future of urology solutions. You’ll collaborate with Global R&D, Marketing, and Sales Territories, turning clinical expertise into clear, actionable guidance.  

Together, we’ll advance medical technology, build strong clinical evidence, and deliver meaningful value to patients and healthcare professionals around the world. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Be the clinical indication and application expert, keeping up to date on clinical practice and clinical evidence 

  • Act as the go-to urology expert across a broad stakeholder landscape 

  • Deliver training and education to R&D, Marketing, affiliates, and healthcare professionals 

  • Conduct clinical expert reviews of clinical medical device documentation 

  • Travel up to 20% to connect with teams and customers worldwide 

  • We offer a flexible schedule (24–37 hours/week) — ideal if you want to combine this role with ongoing clinical or academic work. 

  

Suggested candidate profile 

  

 We know that valuable skills and experience come in many forms, and the ideal candidate isn’t always defined by a checklist. That said, you’re likely to thrive in this role if you: 

  

  • Are a Medical Doctor, with a completed residency in urology 

  • Have solid experience performing flexible ureteroscopy and cystoscopy procedures 

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, making complex topics accessible to a wide range of audiences 

  • Are comfortable presenting clinical evidence, and have a solid track record in research and publication 

  • Have great organizational and time-management skills and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment  

  • Are based at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark  – or open to relocating
