Do you love sitting at the intersection of people, strategy, and impact? Are you the kind of HR professional who doesn’t just support the business — but helps drive it?

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, roll up their sleeves, and help build high-performing teams across our Corporate Functions (Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance). If you thrive in fast-moving, growth environments and enjoy turning business strategy into people solutions, this role may be for you!

What You’ll Do (aka where you make your mark)

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to turn business goals into smart, actionable people strategies
  • Shape talent and leadership plans that fuel performance today and build capability and scalability for tomorrow
  • Lead organizational design and change initiatives as the business grows and evolves
  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, and a strong compliance mindset
  • Use people insights and data to spot trends, influence decisions, and improve how we work

You won’t be stuck pushing paper — this is a visible, high-impact role where your voice matters and your ideas help shape the organization.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally supporting corporate or commercial teams
  • Strong business acumen and the confidence to influence leaders at the Director and VP level
  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Solid grounding across talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
  • A passion for people and making a difference

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Real strategic partnership — not just transactional HR
  • Exposure to senior leadership and meaningful business decisions
  • A collaborative People & Culture team that values impact, trust, and continuous improvement
  • You will be part of a mission-based organization that rethinks solutions to save lives and improve patient care
  • Hybrid work model based in Columbia, MD

If you’re excited by the idea of shaping teams, coaching leaders, and transforming HR in a high growth business, we’d love to meet you.
